RAHWAY—Each February, the American Dental Association (ADA) sponsors National Children’s Dental Health Month to raise awareness about the importance of oral health. Developing good habits at an early age and scheduling regular dental visits helps children get a good start on a lifetime of healthy teeth and gums.

Fourth grade students at Roosevelt School in Rahway celebrated Dental Health Month by entering a poster contest. Pictured are fourth grade winners Cristian Huertas and Isabel Elliott  with art teacher Angela Urrico and Principal Rocco Collucci. Winning posters are now entered in the Union County poster contest.
