Church Supports Haiti Relief Efforts

UNION—First Baptist Church of Vauxhall recently donated $15,000 to the Red Cross to support earthquake relief efforts in Haiti. Nathan Rudy, Chief Executive Officer of the American Red Cross Tri-County Chapter, attended the church’s Heritage Day program on Sunday, Feb. 21, and accepted the check. Pictured above are Trustee Kim Eason, Deacon Ronnie McDowell, Nathan Rudy and the Rev. Dr. Marion J. Franklin, Jr., Pastor of the First Baptist Church of Vauxhall.
