March 2 at 2:08 a.m. – In the vicinity of 590 Raritan Road, Officer Christian Lott arrested Scotch Plains resident Takia Neal, 19, for DUI.  She was subsequently released pending a court date.

March 2 at 5:23 p.m. – In the vicinity of Washington Street, Officer George Marmarou arrested Clark resident Anthony DeWolf, 18, on an outstanding warrant from Irvington for contempt of court.  He was subsequently turned over to the Irvington Police Department.

March 4 at 2:59 p.m. – In the vicinity of Madison Hill Road, Detective David Satkowski arrested Irvington resident Jean Etienne, 44, on outstanding warrants from Newark, East Orange and the Essex County Sheriff’s Department.  He was subsequently turned over to the Essex County Sheriff’s Department.

March 4 at 11:27 p.m. – In the vicinity of 196 Westfield Avenue, Officer Daniel Joy arrested Edison resident Christopher Vanecek, 32, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court from Whippany.  He was subsequently released after posting bail.

March 4 at 11:47 p.m. – In the vicinity of Lake Avenue and Oak Ridge Road, Officer George Marmarou arrested New Brunswick residents Timothy Rokosz, 20, and Edison residents Jared Sawicki, 20, and Nicklaus Yamakaitis, 21, single, for possession of CDS.  All three men were subsequently released pending court dates.

March 5 at 10:36 p.m. – At 76 Central Avenue, Officers Dan Joy, Christopher Tuccio and Marty Venezio arrested Brooklyn, N.Y. residents Majida Muhammad Earnell, 34, Edward Roberts, 30, and Marvis Rivers, 23, for shoplifting $2,045.54 worth of merchandise from the Shop-Rite Supermarket.

March 8 at 7:16 a.m. – Officer Dan Pitts investigated a report of criminal mischief to a Goodman’s Crossing residence.
