Mignoli Leads Johnson High School DECA To Nationals

CLARK—The DECA Team at Clark’s Arthur L. Johnson High School had 13 of their students compete at the DECA State Conference in Cherry Hill last month.

Participants in the DECA State Conference had to qualify from the Regional Conference.

Among the participants, five students were able to take awards during this state competition. The team had four state finalists including Isabelle Filiciello, Lisa Hagen, Alex Guarraci, and Junior Sal Bove.

In addition, senior Joe Mignoli captured two state titles in both Retail Merchandising and a 30-Page Business Plan Event. Mignoli’s state title qualifies him for a spot to compete at the DECA National Conference in Louisville, Kentucky this April.
