WESTFIELD—Learn how to stay limber and active with a free class for adults over age 50 offered by the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Union County.
Health expert Dr. Karen Ensle will lead the class on Tuesday, March 30, from 7-9 p.m. at the county building in Westfield, 300 North Avenue East. There will be an overview of four types of exercise and their benefits for seniors.
Attendees receive a free copy of the book “Your Everyday Guide to Exercise and Physical Activity,” from the National Institute on Aging, a $24.95 value.
