CLARK – Diane Andrusaitis will demonstrate therapy given by her dog, Lucy, for seniors at next Friday’s AARP chapter meeting.

Clark AARP Chapter #3733 will meet at 1 p.m. on March 12 at the Brewer Senior Center, 430 Westfield Avenue, Clark.

Marian Connolly has arranged trips to see “Easter Parade,” the Legends in Music Luncheon and Show, and the USO Stars and Stripes Extravaganza.

“Easter Parade” will be performed at the Royal Manor in Garfield on Tuesday, March 23. The bus leaves from the American Legion parking lot at Broadway and Liberty Street in Clark at 10:30 a.m. and is scheduled to return at 5 p.m. The cost is $56, which includes lunch and the show.

The Legends in Music show is also at the Royal Manor. The bus leaves from the American Legion parking lot at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 21, and returns at 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $56 per person. The USO show is at Doolans in Spring Lake on Wednesday, May 26. The bus leaves from the American Legion parking lot at 10 a.m. and returns at 5 p.m. Tickets, which include lunch and the show, are $58 per person.

Dan Flynn is collecting toiletries and layette items for infants at Holy Redeemer Health Care. Connolly is collecting lap robes for Runnells Specialized Hospital patients. Charlie Grunder is collecting used printer cartridges, cell phones and eyeglasses.

Dolores Melillo is still collecting dues. Members of the national AARP are invited to join the local chapter.
