EDISON—On the morning of Feb. 24, Lisa Cheng of Colonia and Eileen Huynh of Edison, current parents at The Wardlaw-Hartridge School in Edison, visited fourth graders to teach them about Chinese New Year.

They explained how 2010 is the year of the tiger, they the students how to do Chinese calligraphy, and the class enjoyed a video presentation about the holiday as well as some Chinese dumplings.
