Church Group Donates Bags For Wheelchairs & Walkers

FANWOOD—The Presbyterian Women of the Fanwood Presbyterian Church recently completed a Sew-A-Thon for the Martin Luther King Day of Service. The group sewed bags for wheelchairs and walkers which were donated to Runnells Specialized Hospital of Union County’s patients and residents.

Both Jeanne Crofton of Scotch Plains (left) and Betsy Holderried of Fanwood (second from left) took part in the Sew-A-Thon.
