EDISON—First and fourth graders at The Wardlaw-Hartridge School in Edison, dressed in mystical and clever costumes, held their “Fairytale Day” on Jan. 29 in the school’s Lower Snowdon Library. Following rhyming clues, first graders matched fourth graders’ shoes from a large pile in the middle of the room.
Next, the fourth graders read fairytale books to their younger friends. Pictured above, first graders Talia Jacobson of Metuchen and Zoe Rose of North Plainfield listen as fourth grader Shreyas Heragu of Avenel reads a fairytale to them on the rug of Lower Snowdon Library.
