CLARK– In the spirit the holidays, second grade students at F.K. Hehnly School in Clark donated their holiday money to a good cause. Instead of receiving gifts and holiday parties, the students voted unanimously to give the money to Embrace Kids, a non-profit organization that helps children with cancer and blood disorders. Teacher Ellen Tamburino also donated her teacher’s gift money to the organization. Paul Lahaski, development manager at Embrace Kids, gladly accepts a ceremonial check from the class.
