CLARK—At the start, 2009 did not look like the most promising year for the real estate industry in Union County. For two very hard working agents however, it was a very good year. Eddie Kefalas and Joe Piizzi of CENTURY 21 JRS Realty in Clark finished #1 and #2 respectively. They have shown that hard work can over come all obstacles to success in real estate. Both men sold over five million dollars in volume.
In 2009, there were actually 300 more homes sold in Union County compared to 2008. Agents that are dedicated to success, no matter what the market conditions may be, have a great chance to reach their goals year in and year out. CENTURY 21 JRS Realty congratulated these two top level sales associates with awards at the company Christmas party.
