RAHWAY—Matthew Urban and Jacquelyn Wronski are the latest recipients of the Artie O’Leary Scholarship.
The scholarship is named in honor of the late William Arthur O’Leary, a former Rahway Police captain. It is awarded to the child of an active duty Rahway Police officer who is entering their freshman year of college. The scholarship is funded fully by Bernard Burkhoff, a Rahway businessman, who was also friend of O’Leary.
