EDISON—Investors Saving Bank’s branch in Edison recently presented the Edison Memorial Tower Corporation with a check for $7,500 to restore the Art Deco memorial tower. The tower was built in 1937 as a tribute to Thomas A. Edison and his experimental facilities in Menlo Park. The bank donated $50 each time a new account was opened during the grand opening of a branch in the Clara Barton district.
