Celebrate The Holidays In Rahway
RAHWAY – The holiday season begins in Rahway on Friday, Nov. 27, with the city’s official tree lighting ceremony. The event will be at 7 p.m. in City Hall Plaza. Afterwards, Santa Claus will be on hand to take photos with Rahway children.
The Rahway Recreation Center, 275 East Milton Avenue, will host a holiday gift and craft market during the holiday weekend. The market will be open Friday, Nov. 27, from 5-10 p.m.; Saturday, Nov. 28, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.; and Sunday, Nov. 29 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Santa Claus will visit and take pictures with children from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday.
DM Production will present “’Tis The Season” at the Union County Performing Arts Center, 1601 Irving Street, on Saturday, Nov. 28 at 7 p.m. The concert is a dynamic musical showcase filled with the excitement of live performances by both season and emerging vocalists coupled with exceptional choreography.
