TRENTON—The Mega Millions jackpot will reset to $12 million for the drawing to be held on Friday, Nov. 13, but not before giving one lucky New Jerseyan their share of a $77 million jackpot. The fortunate New Jersey winner shares the jackpot with a fellow winner in California. Each share of the jackpot is worth an estimated $38.5 million.
The top-prize winning Mega Millions ticket that was sold in New Jersey was purchased at Buyrite Supermarket, located at 965 Maggie Avenue in Union.
“Congratulations to Buyrite Supermarket of Union County,” said Lottery Acting Executive Director William T. Jourdain. “For selling this top-prize Mega Millions ticket, they will receive a $10,000 bonus. Buyrite Supermarket has become one of the Lottery’s most recent ‘lucky locations’ overnight.”
The winning numbers for the Tuesday, November 10 drawing were: 08, 21, 29, 34 and 37, and the Gold Mega Ball number was 15.
In addition to the winning top-prize ticket, 65,113 other winners in New Jersey won a total of $842,634 in Tuesday night’s drawing, including two $250,000 winners. The winning second-prize tickets were sold at U.S. Route 1 Exxon, located at 2890 Brunswick Pike in Lawrenceville, Mercer County, and Gulf Express, located at 46 Ryan Road in Manalapan, Monmouth County.
Mega Millions member states include: New Jersey, California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia and Washington.
