Corzine Wins Big In Linden High School Mock Election

LINDEN – Last week, students at Linden High School participated in a mock election as part of a lesson on the process of democracy. Gov. Jon Corzine won 50.43 percent of the students’ votes, followed by Republican Christopher Christie with 29.11 percent and independent Chris Daggett with 20.45 percent.

In two statewide polls of likely voters released on Monday, Christie has a narrow lead over Corzine.
