A&P Retains Real Estate Firm To Sell Former Supermarkets

WOODBRIDGE – The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, better known as A&P, has retained the Woodbridge-based Fameco Real Estate firm to dispose of two former supermarket properties.

One property is the 74,820 square foot former Pathmark store in Oak Tree Center in Edison. The other is a 25,037 square foot free-standing former A&P supermarket in Clark.

Fameco Real Estate, L.P., is a full service retail real estate firm that is the exclusive representative for over 200 shopping centers and retail properties totaling 17 million square feet.
