Halloween Haunts Come To Perth Amboy School

PERTH AMBOY – Today, the cafeteria at the Anthony V. Ceres School at 445 State Street, Perth Amboy, will get a Halloween makeover.

Teachers, parents and community members will build a haunted house from scratch, and school staff members will dress up in costumes to wait for visitors who dare to enter.

The event has become an annual tradition at the Perth Amboy elementary school. Students will visit the haunted house this morning. This afternoon and tomorrow, the haunted house will be open to the public from 4-7 p.m.

Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for children; all proceeds will be used for the school’s student activities fund to pay for field trips.
