RAHWAY—Third grade students from Franklin School in Rahway recently visited United Water Company of Rahway. Students took a tour of the facility, learning about how water is collected, treated and sent to their homes. Third graders even go to go in the famous water tower.
As students, they learned that the water is kept at the top of the tower, and that the inside of the tower is very dry. This trip is designed to further the students understand of water, which students are currently learning about in school.
