Kean University Schedules Undergraduate Open House

UNION – Kean University will hold an undergraduate fall open house on Sunday, Nov. 8, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Check-in takes place at Harwood Arena, located at 1000 Morris Avenue in Union.

Kean University’s undergraduate open house offers a full-day program designed to meet a variety of interests for students and families. After an address by President Dawood Farahi, attendees will meet Kean faculty who will discuss Kean’s academic majors and options.


Guests will also have an opportunity to speak with current Kean students about their college experience. In addition, university tours have been designed to give visitors a chance to explore Kean University’s world-class facilities, academic buildings and amenities of our main campus, including the athletics complex and our new and existing residence halls, as well as visit Kean’s planetarium and Liberty Hall Museum.

A selection of information sessions will be offered to address the interests and needs of students and families such as financial aid and scholarships, transfer opportunities, residence life and housing, and programs such as the New Jersey Center for Science, Technology and Mathematics Education.
