United Way Hosts Kickoff For Hispanic Leadership Council

ELIZABETH – In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, United Way of Greater Union County is hosting a kick-off for the Hispanic Leadership Advisory Council (HLAC).

Proceeds will go towards The Elizabeth Hispanic Family Success Center.  The purpose of the Elizabeth Hispanic Family Success Center will be to provide information and assistance to help families receive needed services, as well as to enrich the lives of children by strengthening families and neighborhoods.

The theme for this special occasion is, “Creating New Partnerships for the Future of Latinos in Union County.” The keynote speaker for the evening will be Luis J.
