LINDEN—A Halloween Pumpkin Painting Contest, sponsored by the Linden Halloween Committee and the Department of Public Property and Community Services, will give Linden students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grades the chance to show off their creativity.
The contest will be held on Friday, Oct. 9, between 3:30 – 5:30 p.m., at the John T. Gregorio Recreation Center, 330 Helen Street. Everyone is a winner—each participant will receive an award. Pumpkins, paints and brushes will be supplied, and there is a $5 registration fee.
