CLARK—Temple Beth El Mekor Chayim of Cranford will join Temple BethO’r/Beth Torah of Clark for a community Selichot program on Saturday evening, Sept. 12 at 8:30 p.m.

Selichot centers on the penitential prayers that are chanted in a special musical mode and help to usher in the High Holiday period.  The choirs of both temples will participate and present classical and contemporary arrangements of the traditional liturgy.
