CRANFORD—VITAS Innovative Hospice Care will present a free program, “Planning for the Future” on Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Cranford Community Center, 220 Walnut Avenue.
Topics will include: the history and philosophy of the hospice movement; the difference between curative and palliative care; myths about hospice care; and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. Refreshments will be served. All are welcome.
