AAA Hosts Food Drive To Benefit Underprivileged New Jersey Families

SPRINGFIELD—AAA New Jersey is conducting a food drive to benefit less fortunate individuals and families in the state.

During the month of September, AAA New Jersey’s Springfield branch, located at 135 Route 22 East, will accept various non-perishable food items, including infant formulas and powdered milk, packaged meals, and canned fruits, vegetables, meats and fish.

The food donations will be distributed to the Community FoodBank of New Jersey in Hillside to help underprivileged families.

Donations can be made during the branch’s business hours: Mondays through Fridays from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., and Saturdays from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.  For more information, call 1-973-467-2651.
