Deliveryman Robbed In Linden

LINDEN – Three unidentified men robbed a 32-year-old Brooklyn, N.Y. man who was making a Chinese food delivery to the 300 block of Mitchell Avenue Tuesday night, police said.

The victim told police that he was approached by three men, ages 17-20, who were wearing baseball caps, white t-shirts and basketball shorts. One of the robbers struck the victim in the head with an unknown object and took approximately $250 cash, his cell phone, ATM card and driver license. The robbers fled on foot, but police were unable to locate any suspects.

The victim refused medical attention for an injury on the right side of his forehead, police said.
