Hospice Auxiliary Plans Fashion Show Fundraiser

MOUNTAINSIDE—The Center for Hope Hospice & Palliative Care Auxiliary is presenting its annual fashion show and luncheon on Sunday, Oct. 11, at noon at L’Affaire Caterers, Mountainside. All proceeds will directly benefit the center.

The event will feature a professional fashion show of the latest creations selected by Maureen Pearce, fashion coordinator. There will also be a boutique, Kreations by Anne, and volunteer models from The Hope Chest, the center’s thrift shop located at 26 Prospect Street, Westfield.

The Parade of Prizes, including theme baskets, theater tickets, sports tickets, household items, jewelry, electronic equipment and many more interesting items offers something for everyone to try to win.

In addition, there will be a 50/50 raffle and grand raffle, offering a vacation for two of your choice, an 18KT Yellow Gold Necklace and a $500 Shop Rite merchandise certificate.

This fundraiser enables the auxiliary to continue their mission of increasing public awareness of the valuable service provided by the center and to continue their policy of caring for everyone in need, regardless of their ability to pay.

The cost of the ticket is $60 and reservations may be made by calling Dot Chard at 732-521-5362.
