July 30 at 1:15 p.m. – At the South Plainfield Police Department, Officer Christopher Tuccio arrested Rahway resident Quintel Tankard, 24, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court/motor vehicle violations.  She was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

July 30 at 11:21 p.m. – In the vicinity of Lamberts Mill Road in Westfield, Officer Joseph Teston arrested Fanwood resident John Maggs, 26, for suspicion of DWI.  He was subsequently released pending a court date.

July 31 at 11:07 a.m. – Officer Chris Lott investigated a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle, which was parked at 48 Sweet Briar Drive.

Aug. 1 at 12:26 p.m. – In the vicinity of 188 Central Avenue, Officer Antonio Manata arrested Irvington resident Louis Reese, Jr., 53, on outstanding warrants totaling $1,385 for contempt of court/motor vehicle violations.  He was subsequently released after posting bail.

Aug. 1 at 6:10 p.m. – In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway Circle, Officer Antonio Manata arrested Irvington resident Toluwalope Omisor, 30, for possession of CDS.  He was also detained on an outstanding warrant from Livingston totaling $80 for contempt of court/motor vehicle violations.  He was subsequently released after posting bail pending a court date.

Aug. 1 at 8:34 p.m. – At Headquarters, Sgt. John Doherty arrested Newark resident Rasheen McCray, 33, on outstanding warrants totaling $650 for contempt of court/motor vehicle violations.  He was subsequently released after posting bail.

Aug. 3 at 11:36 a.m. – In the vicinity of Valley Road and Ross Street, Det. Alex Yanes arrested Garwood resident William Lopez, 24, on an outstanding warrant from Plainfield totaling $80 for contempt of court/motor vehicle violations.  He was subsequently released after posting bail pending a court date.

Aug. 3 at 12:55 p.m. – Officer Pat Grady investigated a report of a burglary to a Forest Drive residence.
