A resident reported two men entering a home through a bathroom window at approximately 12:26 p.m. on July 20, authorities said. Officers responded and set up a perimeter around the house to secure it and ordered the suspects to come out of the house.

Ramirez-Mejia and Toro-Perez walked out of the house and were placed under arrest, police said. Ramirez-Mejia had $260 in cash when he was arrested, the same amount that had been reported stolen from the home.
Lt. David Hart, Sgt. Ed Chabak, T/O Gary Hickman, and officers James Carter and Joseph Rivera participated in the arrest.
