Vegetarian Diet Is Healthier

A new study shows that people can lower their blood pressure and reduce their risk of strokes and heart disease by eating healthy vegetarian foods.

This is great news, but it shouldn’t come as any surprise: Animal products are high in cholesterol and saturated fat and have been shown to contribute to high blood pressure, strokes, heart attacks, and other health problems.

Plant-based foods, on the other hand, are cholesterol-free and have been shown to actually reverse arterial blockages.

You know what it takes to live healthily. Why take blood pressure pills and statins and risk bypass surgery when you can eat healthy, great-tasting vegetarian foods? Visit for a free vegetarian starter kit.
