WOODBRIDGE– The Barron Arts Center has invited local artists to participate in the second annual BarronFest, to be held on Saturday, Oct. 10, at the Parker Press Park, Rahway Avenue, Woodbridge.
The event serves to provide artists with a venue to exhibit their work, demonstrate their talents and offer original art and craft items for sale. Entries will be considered in all media including oils/acrylics, watercolor, photography, sculpture, graphics/drawings/pastels, mixed media and fine crafts including pottery, jewelry and other handcrafted items.
All participating artists will be assigned a free 12’ x 12’ space; tables and other exhibiting/sales materials will be the sole responsibility of the artist. To be eligible for participation in the BarronFest, photo(s) of the original work to be displayed must be submitted with the artist’s application. Artists who have already submitted and been approved to participate in previous last year’s BarronFest will only need to submit the application form.
Applications are available by calling the Barron Arts Center at 732-634-0413. Deadline for application submission is Sept. 12.
