August Children’s Programs At Union Public Library

UNION—The Children’s Department of the Union Public Library has scheduled the following programs at the Vauxhall Branch during the month of August:

Bedtime Storytime for children of all ages will be held on Mondays, Aug. 3 and 10 at 7 p.m.  No registration required.

The Preschool Storytime and Craft Program for preschoolers and their caregivers will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 4 at 11 a.m.  Space is limited.  Signup is required

Take part in the “Marbleizing Tropical Fish” Program on Wednesday, Aug. 5 at 1 p.m.  This program is for children in grades 3 through 6.  Space is limited.  Signup is required.

Thursday, Aug. 6 is the “Craftmania–Choose Your Own Craft” program. This program is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or while supplies last.  Children in grades 1 through 8 are welcome to attend.  No registration required

Children of all ages are invited to cool off at the library at the “Cool Movie Afternoon Film Program” on Friday, Aug. 7 at 2 p.m.  No registration required.
Enjoy “Dance Party Fun” with Emily and Rachel from Stagestruck Performing Arts on Wednesday, Aug. 12 at 2 p.m. This program is for children in grades 2 through 6.  Space is limited.  Signup is required.

The Vauxhall Branch will wrap up the Summer Reading Club with its “Family Fun Hour” on Saturday, Sept. 12 at 11 a.m.  This interactive program with Dave DeVito from Stagestruck Performing Arts is for children of all ages and their caregivers.  Space is limited.  Signup is required.
