UNION—The Union Public Library begins its Summer 2009 International Film Festival with a French romantic comedy, “Priceless,” on Tuesday, July 7, at 2 and 7 p.m.

Other films in the six week series are Tuya’s Marriage (Mandarin) on July 14; “Under the Same Moon” (Spanish) on July 21; “Tell No One,” (French) on July 28, “The Year My Parents Went on Vacation,” (Portuguese/Yiddish/German) on August 4; and “Slumdog Millionaire” (English/ Hindi) on August 11.  All films have English subtitles.

The library is located at 1980 Morris Avenue.  The films are free and open to the public and will start promptly at 2 and 7 p.m.  Light refreshments will be served.  For more information, call the Reference Dept. at (908)851-5452.
