St. Mary of the Assumption Students Earn Diplomas

ELIZABETH—St. Mary of the Assumption High School recently awarded diplomas to 61 seniors who successfully completed the prescribed course of studies.

On May 29, Msgr. Robert Harrington, pastor and Janet Malko, principal, awarded diplomas to the following students:

Scholarships amounting to over seven million dollars were awarded to the class of 2009.

St. Mary’s students will be continuing their education at the following colleges and universities: Caldwell College, College of St. Elizabeth, Drew University, Farleigh Dickinson University, George Washington University, Long Island University, NJIT, Purdue University, Northeastern University, Seton Hall University, Steven’s Institute of Technology, Syracuse University and Temple University.
