Outstanding Students Receive Awards

MADISON – Fairleigh Dickinson University’s College at Florham, in Madison honored students who achieved outstanding success in their chosen majors and as student leaders.

The awards were presented at the annual Senior Academic Achievement Awards and Student Leadership Program, held on Sunday, May 17, Hennessy Hall, followed by a reception in its gardens.

From Becton College of Arts & Sciences:

  • Nicole Matos of Edison received the New Jersey Institute of Chemists Student Award in Biochemistry.
  • Nicholas Mitricka of Linden received an Outstanding Achievement in Computer Science Award.

From Silberman College of Business:

  • Michelle Luis of Linden received an Academic Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence and Leadership.
  • Amanda Menzenbach of Elizabeth received the Outstanding Achievement in Accounting Award.

From the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Program
Cindy Rosario of Elizabeth received the EOF Spirit Award for Community Service.

From the Petrocelli College of Continuing Studies:
Robert Fagan of Rahway received a Silver Service Award for Outstanding Achievement in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
