On Wednesday, May 20, the ESL/Bilingual Program at Franklin School in Rahway held their annual Multicultural Night. Participating students dressed in their countries’ typical clothing and parents brought a plate of their countries’ typical food. Students Kindergarten through fifth grade, representing 13 different countries, prepared presentations celebrating cultural diversity and sharing what they have learned this school year in bilingual education.
