CLARK – Senior Danielle Stern has been named Arthur L. Johnson High School’s student of the month for March.
Ranked sixth in her class, Stern is a member of both the National Honor Society and the Spanish National Honor Society. She is the entertainment editor of the Crusader newspaper and the co-editor-in-chief of the Lance yearbook.
Stern is also a member of the student council and Spanish Club and is a peer leader. She is also a member of the swim team.
Stern is interested in fashion design. She has attended summer classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She plans to attend FIT and major in fashion design after her high school graduation. Stern hopes to have her own fashion line and a show at New York Fashion Week in Byrant Park one day.
This summer, Stern will intern at New York fashion designer Betsey Johnson. She is the daughter of Hedy and Alan Stern.
