FORDS –The Fords Branch Library will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 21, for interior renovations, Library Director John Hurley said. The library branch, located at 211 Fords Avenue, is expected to be closed for approximately eight weeks to complete interior renovations and the installation of new lighting and ceiling panels.

Fords residents and library-goers can continue to access all library services at the Woodbridge Main Library, located at One George Frederick Plaza, Woodbridge, the Henry Inman Branch Library at 607 Inman Avenue, Colonia, and the Iselin Branch Library, 1081 Green Street, or on-line at www.woodbridgelibrary.org.

Library members who previously checked-out books and materials from the Fords Branch Library may return them to the Main Library, the branch libraries, or hold on to the materials until the re-opening of the Fords Branch Library (loans and due dates will be extended until the re-opening of the Fords Branch Library). Books that have been reserved for pick-up at the Fords Branch Library may be picked-up at the Woodbridge Main Library.
