“Taste of Woodbridge” Promotes Local Cuisine, Causes

WOODBRIDGE – The 1st annual “Taste of Woodbridge” proves it’s possible to eat, drink, be merry. . . and support your local community non-profits.

The 17-vendor food and beverage showcase is set for Friday, Oct. 10 from 6-10 p.m. at Woodbridge Community Center, 600 Main Street.

All proceeds benefit the Woodbridge Township Environmental Commission, Woodbridge History Museum, Mayor’s Art Commission and the Mayor’s Wellness Campaign.

“We invite everyone to contribute to some very worthy causes while tasting the best food and beverages Woodbridge restaurants have to offer,” says Woodbridge Township Mayor John E. McCormac.

Participating restaurants include Bonefish Grill, Casa Giuseppe, Chris Michael’s Steakhouse, D’Orsi’s Bakery, Famous Dave’s, Fedway, Il Castello’s, JJ Bitting Brewing Co., Jose Tejas, Little Spain, Mulberry Street, New Orleans Steakhouse, Quick Chek, Shannon Rose, Urban Tadka, Wegmans and Woodbridge Sheraton.

Tickets are $35 at the door.

My wife and I attended the “Taste Of Woodbridge” on Friday night, 10/10. We had a wonderful time at this event. (and we’re not even from Woodbridge!)
We’d like to know where we’d be able to see photos from this night out.
    Thank You,
    Tom S.
