Farmers Market Returns To Rahway

RAHWAY—The “Jersey Fresh” Farmers Market has returned to downtown Rahway at the Rahway Train Station Plaza on East Milton Avenue and Irving Street. The Farmers Market is open every Thursday, through Oct. 16 from noon until 6 p.m. on the plaza.
The market features New Jersey farmers with an abundance of “Jersey Fresh” produce. Schieferstein Farms of Clark and DeWolf Farms of New Egypt are again participating in the market. All fruits and vegetables are picked the day before they arrive for sale insuring the best quality produce around.

The market will also feature gourmet pastas and cheeses from High Mountain Foods, specialty baked goods from Made with Love Organic Bakery, gourmet pickles and olives from Gulden Market, and A Taste of Portugal will again be offering an assortment of refreshing Italian ices.
