Veterans Outreach—Union County Freeholder Bette Jane Kowalski (center) speaks with (from left) Army veterans Lorena Huggins of Rahway and John Gratacos of Elizabeth, who is with the Vietnam Veterans of America’s New Jersey Council, during a day-long outreach program for Union County’s veterans and their families at Union County College in Cranford.
